  • Entries in contact or lead forms

  • Photos and videos when using our photo products

  • Payment information for paid orders

3.2 Automatically Captured Data

  • IP address, browser type/version, operating system

  • Access times, used functions, device characteristics

3.3 Photos and Videos

Recorded media are provided exclusively to the respective user via QR code or download link.
Storage duration: Maximum of 100 days from upload.

3.4 Special Categories of Personal Data

Photos may reveal sensitive data (e.g., ethnic origin) but are not systematically evaluated or classified.

3.5 Data Processing on Behalf of Customers

When conducting events, competitions, or lead generation on behalf of companies, we act as data processors in accordance with Article 28 GDPR. The basis is a data processing agreement (DPA).

3.6 Third Parties and External Service Providers

We use external service providers for technical implementation and management.
The processing is carried out on the following legal bases:

  • Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract fulfillment)

  • Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest)

  • Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent, e.g., for analytics tools)

Data transfers to third countries are made only based on appropriate guarantees,
particularly standard contractual clauses according to Article 46(2)(c) GDPR
or, if available, certifications under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF).

3.7 HubSpot (CRM)

We use HubSpot for the management of customer relationships and marketing processes.

Our website is provided through the platform Framer,

Processed Data:
The tool itself (client and server components) does not process personal data,
but only transmits it to the respective analytics and marketing services.

The server-side processing via STAPE occurs within the EU
on the basis of a data processing agreement according to Article 28 GDPR.
Potential data transfers to Google servers in the USA are based on

Our website uses the Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel) from
