3. Data Processing When Using Our Products

3.1 Provided Data

  • Name, email address, phone number, address

  • Entries in contact or lead forms

  • Photos and videos when using our photo products

  • Payment information for chargeable orders

3.2 Automatically Collected Data

  • IP address, browser type/version, operating system

  • Access times, functions used, device characteristics

3.3 Photos and Videos

Recorded media is provided exclusively to the respective user via QR code or download link.
Storage Duration: A maximum of 100 days from upload.

3.4 Special Categories of Personal Data

Photos may reveal sensitive data (e.g., ethnic origin) but are not systematically evaluated or classified.

3.5 Data Processing on Behalf of Customers

When conducting events, competitions, or lead generation on behalf of businesses, we act as a processor according to Art. 28 GDPR. The basis is a data processing agreement (DPA).

3.6 Third-Party Providers and External Service Partners

We use external service providers for the technical implementation and administration of our services.
The processing of personal data is based on the following legal grounds:

  • Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR – performance of a contract

  • Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR – legitimate interest

  • Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR – consent (e.g., for analytics tools)

Data transfers to third countries are carried out solely on the basis of appropriate safeguards,
in particular Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46 (2)(c) GDPR,
or, where applicable, certifications under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF).

3.7 HubSpot (CRM)

We use HubSpot for customer relationship management and marketing automation.

3.8 Framer (Hosting)

Our website is hosted via the Framer platform,
a service of Framer B.V., Rozengracht 207B, 1016 LZ Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

Processing is based on Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR
(legitimate interest in the secure and efficient provision of our online services).

Framer may use infrastructure and hosting services from Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Such transfers are performed solely under Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46 (2)(c) GDPR
or other appropriate safeguards to ensure an adequate level of data protection.

Our website uses Framer Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Framer B.V., Singel 542, 1017 AZ Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

3.9.2 Google Tag Manager (Client and Server-Side via STAPE)

We use the Google Tag Manager, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland,
in combination with a server-side infrastructure provided by STAPE.io.

Categories of processed data:
The tool itself (client and server components) does not process personal data,
but only facilitates the transmission of data to analytics and marketing services.

Server-side processing via STAPE takes place within the EU based on a
data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR.
Any potential data transfer to Google servers in the USA is based on Standard Contractual Clauses under Art. 46 GDPR.

3.9.3 Meta Pixel (Server-Side via STAPE)

Our website uses the Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel) by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland,
to analyze the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.

Categories of processed data:

  • Usage data (e.g., page views, interactions, form submissions)

  • Meta / communication data (e.g., IP address, device and browser information)

Server-side transmission occurs via our STAPE instance within the EU,
reducing the amount and duration of browser cookies.
