Content and communication data: Information you provide through the use of our products, such as photos, videos, metadata (e.g., capture location), and content shared in chats or social media.
Technical data: Information like your IP address, browser data, device information, operating system, hardware and software versions.
1.2 Special categories of personal data
Photos of individuals may contain special categories of personal data (Art. 9 GDPR), such as ethnic origin, religious beliefs, or health information. SnapNext does not collect biometric data or perform profiling. All image data is used solely for the described purposes and is not further processed.
1.3 Information about your usage
We collect information about how you use our products, including the types of content you interact with and the features you use. This information is used to improve and tailor our products.
1.4 Device information
We collect information from and about the devices you use (e.g., SnapCube modules, computers, phones). This information is combined to provide you with a better user experience but is not linked to personal data.
2. How do we use this information?
We use the information available to us (subject to your consent) to provide and support the SnapCube Products. This includes:
Personalizing and improving our products: We use your data to personalize features and content (e.g., filters, ads) and to convey a customized brand message through our products.
Product development: We use non-personal data to conduct tests, troubleshoot, and develop new products.
Facial recognition: We use facial recognition technologies to offer services like photo morphing or mask effects. These facial features are not stored.
Mailing/SMS distribution: We use your contact details to send you requested messages with photo and video content and potentially inform you once about SnapCube.

Sharing on Social Media: When you share content using our products, you are responsible for the further processing of that data.
Third-party apps, websites, and integrations: Information collected by third parties is subject to their own terms and policies.
Sharing with third parties: We work with customers, development partners, and freelancers to provide and improve our products. Personal data is only shared when necessary to fulfill a service.

5. How can you exercise your rights granted by GDPR?
You have the right to access, correct, transfer, or delete your data. You can delete the information you share through the use of our products/services by sending a simple email to datenschutz@snapnext.de. We typically store image data for 30 to 60 days. Personal web data like IP addresses are not stored unless you explicitly agree to storage.
6. Data transfer to third countries (outside the EEA)
We work with providers based in the EU, or whose servers are within the EU. If a transfer of your data to a third country is necessary, it is done in compliance with the GDPR, for example, through the conclusion of standard contractual clauses.
7. Identity verification
To ensure the data to be disclosed is not made available to unauthorized third parties, we may request additional information to confirm your identity.
8. Cookies
