Together with Samsung, we achieved this with a comprehensively designed trade show campaign that seamlessly integrates experience, branding, and lead generation.

Customized Photo Kiosks at the Entrance

Right at the booth, four SnapCube photo kiosks, specifically designed and built for Samsung, were deployed. Positioned in the entrance area, these kiosks not only served as an eye-catcher but also as the first point of contact for the interactive photo activity.

Right at the booth, four SnapCube photo kiosks, specifically designed and built for Samsung, were deployed. Positioned in the entrance area, these kiosks not only served as an eye-catcher but also as the first point of contact for the interactive photo activity.

Lead qualification through AI

After taking the selfie, visitors were asked for their gamertag and favorite games. This simple step not only enabled a personalized approach, but also provided exciting insights in terms of Know Your Customer.

Our AI then transformed the photo into an individual character, either in 8-bit, 16-bit, or anime style. Embedded in the world of the chosen favorite game, this created a unique result.

The clever combination of photos, targeted questions, and AI transformation not only generated numerous leads, but also allowed them to be specifically qualified.

ID card as a key and souvenir

The photos were printed on site on a high-quality ID card, featuring the individual 8-bit, 16-bit, or anime character in the look of the chosen favorite game.

This card not only served as a personal souvenir that anchored the experience in the visitor's mind beyond the event, but also as a key to the interactive stations at the exhibition stand, made possible by an integrated QR code.

Conclusion: Entertainment with measurable added value

The photo campaign for Samsung at Gamescom impressively demonstrates how entertainment and measurable benefits can be combined. The combination of AI-generated characters, personalised ID cards and a clear KYC approach created an experience that delighted visitors and at the same time provided Samsung with valuable insights into the target group.

In addition, the ID card served as a personal memento, anchoring the event experience and creating a connection that extends far beyond the trade fair visit.
